Los profesionales del grupo Ribera Salud estamos de enhorabuena. Recientemente se ha firmado de forma unánime con todos los representantes sindicales el segundo Convenio Colectivo para el Departamento de Salud de Torrevieja y, ayer mismo, se cerró de forma unánime también, el cuarto Convenio Colectivo para los profesionales del Departamento de Salud de La Ribera. Ambos acuerdos garantizan un marco de seguridad y estabilidad único en las relaciones laborales que, sin duda, beneficiará a nuestros profesionales y al sistema sanitario público, y que nos sitúa en la vanguardia en la gestión de personas dentro del sector, pues responden a la fuerte apuesta de nuestro grupo por los convenios colectivos que recojan las particularidades de nuestro innovador modelo de gestión.

Consensus to move forward together
Good news for the professionals of the Ribera Salud group. Recently, the second Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Health Department of Torrevieja was unanimously signed with all union representatives; and yesterday also saw unanimous closure of the fourth Collective Bargaining Agreement for professionals of La Ribera Health Department. Both agreements provide a unique framework of security and stability in labour relations which will undoubtedly benefit our professionals and the public health system. This also places us at the forefront of people management within the sector, as the agreements respond to the major commitment of our group for collective bargaining agreements that encompass the particularities of our innovative management model.
Chronicle of a demographic crisis foretold
Through this digital window I always try to submit relevant articles or facts that may be interesting and useful in forming an opinion. Often I’m aware that I may seem repetitive, but there are issues that cause me great concern and, above all, disquiet because I see that many of them -or that’s the impression I have-, do not occupy a prominent place on the agenda of Spanish decision-makers, especially on the agenda of policy makers. These are not trivial matters; given that they currently pose a serious problem that will only get worse in the short term if appropriate measures are not taken.

A través de esta ventana digital siempre intento presentar artículos o hechos relevantes que pueden ser interesantes y útiles para formarse una opinión. Muchas veces sé que puedo parecer reiterativo, pero hay temas que me producen gran inquietud y, sobre todo, me generan intranquilidad pues veo que muchos de ellos, -o esa es la impresión que tengo-, siguen sin ocupar un lugar destacado en la agenda de los decission makers españoles, sobre todo en la agenda de los responsables políticos. No son asuntos banales; ya en la actualidad suponen un grave problema que irá agravándose en un corto plazo de tiempo si no se toman las medidas pertinentes.

Siempre he insistido en que a más colaboración privada, mayor ha de ser el control público. Desde hace años venimos reclamando un observatorio de la colaboración público privada que evalúe y transmita a la sociedad el valor que genera este modelo de gestión, a similitud de lo que ocurre en otros países de nuestra querida Unión Europea. Muchas veces los prejuicios, -que son exactamente eso pre-juicios-, se imponen a los datos; las opiniones personales a los hechos y la rotunda afirmación ‘porque sí’ a los números y documentos.
Let there be light!
I have always insisted that the more private partnership there is, the greater the public control required. For years we have been demanding an observatory on public-private partnership to evaluate and transmit to society the value generated by this management model, similar to what happens in other countries of our beloved European Union. Very often prejudices -which are exactly that, ‘pre-judging’-, are imposed on data; personal opinions on facts and the emphatic ‘just because’ statement on numbers and documents.
